Qualifications

Kulaiwi Archaeology assists a wide variety of clients with their land development and historic preservation needs. These include private land owners, planning and development companies, architects, engineers, real estate companies, law firms, federal agencies, and the State and County of Hawai‘ ' i.

The firm holds a current Permit to Conduct Archaeological Activities in the State of Hawai’i (Permit #23-13). Kulaiwi Archaeology, LLC has in force Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000), Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance ($1,000,000), Professional Liability Insurance ($2,000,000), and Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance ($1,000,000). Kulaiwi Archaeology also maintains State of Hawai‘i required levels of Worker’s Compensation and Temporary Disability Insurance.
